"I've had an interest in Personal Development since I was 19 years old. It started with the book by James Redfield, The Celestine Prophecy and led me on one big adventure travelling all over the world attending various Personal Development and Leadership Development Retreats.

I experienced first hand the way the events were put together and was inspired to see if I could create something that was better.

I realised that the experience outside of the conference room was just as important for the client than the information they received from stage.

I had a vision to create the whole package.  I wanted my clients to feel special from the moment they checked into the event to the moment they left.

In some instances this would include meeting the most important clients at the airport with a stretch limousine waiting, all the way through to daily gifts being dropped in the room with personalised messages which would enhance the content being delivered by the client.

People learn more effectively when they are having fun. So I would say above all else, I keep the experience fun and exciting! The most rewarding thing a client or attendee can say to me at the conclusion of an event would be....."that was the most amazing week of my life!"

I'd say that about sums it up. I'm inspired to amaze my clients and provide them with an experience they will never forget!"  Rachel Oliver
